Lilibet Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the lilibet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.

To use lilibet's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in Malaysia.
• Register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information.
• Not prohibited by local law from participating in online betting activities.
• Not hold more than one active account on this platform.

Lilibet reserves the right to decline or cancel the registration of any user who does not meet the eligibility requirements above, at any time.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on lilibet. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining funds.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and the security of their account. lilibet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from the user's own negligence. Users are encouraged to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your lilibet account.
• Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify the platform immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Complete the identity verification (KYC) process when requested, to ensure transaction security.

Users agree not to use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. Any attempt to exploit system bugs, use automated bots, or deploy unauthorised third-party software is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

3. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR

All financial transactions on the lilibet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via locally available payment methods in Malaysia, including online banking (FPX), e-wallets, and other methods announced from time to time.

Important payment information users should be aware of:

• Deposits: Deposits are typically processed instantly. Users are responsible for ensuring that payment details entered are accurate. lilibet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed upon completion of full account verification. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take 1–5 business days.
• Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the current policies displayed within the user's account.
• Unclaimed funds: lilibet reserves the right to manage funds in inactive accounts in accordance with applicable policies, with prior notice given to the user.

Users are advised not to use payment cards or accounts registered under another person's name. Any mismatch between the platform account name and the payment method name may result in delayed or rejected transactions.

4. Liability Limits and Account Policies

Lilibet provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. The platform is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of their own betting or investment decisions.

Lilibet reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if:

• The user has violated any of the terms set out in this document.
• There is activity suspected to be fraud, money laundering, or game manipulation.
• The user provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• The user has registered multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bonuses.
• The user is found to be using bots, automated software, or other unauthorised methods.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, lilibet reserves the right to withhold or cancel any outstanding promotional funds or bonuses. Original deposit funds will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, unless evidence of fraud is found.

5. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

All content on the lilibet platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of lilibet or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission.

These links are provided for user convenience only. lilibet does not control the content of those third-party sites and is not responsible for their privacy practices, security, or content. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website before providing personal information.
